From 18 09 2023, the creation, development and design of the "LIBRO MASTRO" began. For this project, different from what was expected, the President decided to publish the project page informing the client, partners, and consultants.

Even if the "STRUTTURA" of project development is generally created after the presentation of the "LIBRO MASTRO", since September, the President has already defined the main roles. Mr Luigi Antonio CISOTTO will be the general project manager for the Italian market, and Dr Magri will be the CASTELLAN contact person for the foreign market.

10 02 2024, the General Manager, Dr Magri, emailed the Castellan shareholders a framework proposal for the post-fair Taste 2024 period and to anticipate the meetings with the President in March. In December and January, the President organized some very interesting tastings, and the analysts are collecting interviews and data to produce a very interesting report.	On March 14th from 3pm to 6pm the President presented the " Libro Mastro"	The first meeting was successful, so a second meeting was organized for March 21st, where the President completed the “Libro Mastro” presentation.
On March 25th, the owners of Castellan confirmed via email their enthusiasm and interest in receiving an executive proposal, which is scheduled for the end of April.	11 April TDHI ITALIA informs Castellan that it will not be possible to have a proposal by the end of April because the President has not been operational since 29 March.	On May 6, TDHI ITALIA notified Castellan that the President was operational and that he would resume the activity to prepare and meet an executive proposal for a three-year project. The application of the "Libro Mastro".
21 05 2024 Send a cover letter and a document issued by DH GROUP USA, in Italian, with a unique report, which no Italian dairy has ever done or had. The report refers to the 9 tastings carried out by the President between December 2023 and January 2024. All costs relating to the location, servers, beverages, collection of formats filled in by the participants, analysis and entertainment during the tastings were supported by DH GROUP USA and the President's Foundation.	04 06 2024. Given the needs of Castellan's holidays, Dr Magri was available to arrange a video call between 5 and 10 August by 25 July. If this is not possible, the video call will be rescheduled for September.
